6/13/2011 0 Comments I Found My Clone!!...Not really. Sorry to disappoint your hopes. :) But I did find what could be MC's mascot!
I took this picture of the lovely, colorful, and spazzy (I don't know what that word means, but just the sound of it goes well with this picture!) pig sculpture as my family and I walked along Queen Anne on our way to eat our very late lunch (to see pictures of the delicious lunch, see today's posting of Foods for Fantasizing...). Seeing the pig made my brother and I exclaim and jump with overflowing excitement (well, I guess I'm slightly exaggerating on the jumping part), and I ended up taking pictures of my brother striking poses with it...And as embarrassed as I am to admit it, I was more excited than my little brother was to stand in the presence of a polka-dot pig! None of us expected to see this work of art sitting on a sidewalk, but that doesn't mean that we weren't happy to see it or didn't appreciate it. I guess this goes to show that you never know when you are going to run into something so worthy of belonging to the artistic eye...That sometimes you don't have to travel to an art museum or look online for pictures in order to see art, but that all you have to do is take a casual stroll in the city! And, as Mademoiselle Cochon, I must say I was very proud to see this vibrantly colored animal. ;) ~~MC
